CAFFE SPONSORS 19 GIRLS TO ATTEND UNIVERSITY

CAFFE founder Marshall Kim believed letting these girls go home after high school would keep them from achieving their dreams. With his own money, Kim created CAFFE which in turn sponsored The Young Women Education Independence Program. That Program covered their tuition fees and paid for their books, school supplies, and bicycles. Money raised through The Program paid for the girls to learn English as a second language, funded various activities, and afforded support of volunteers from the United States.

In July 2011, Elisabeth and her father went to Siem Reap, Cambodia to volunteer at CAFFE's girls’ dormitory.
