In 2010, thanks to CAFFE, 19 young Cambodian women were able to continue their studies at the University of South-East Asia, Build Bright University, and Life University.

Our Mission

The Cambodian-American Foundation for Education (“CAFFE”) seeks to educate teenage girls in Cambodia, giving them the skills they need to escape poverty and obtain economic independence. Prostitution and panhandling are an all-too-prevalent way of surviving in Cambodia. CAFFE frees these girls to earn a real living and empowers them to lead other girls to a successful future.

CAFFE, you changed my life. You fulfilled my 94-year-old grandmother’s life-long dream; to see me standing on my own two feet. Without you, Marshall, I wouldn’t be standing here today. Thank you.
— Miss Chea Sochy, age 20
